JKR Farms, the parent company of The Emerald Tree Weddings & Events engaged WebConcepts Technologies to rebrand their resort and premium wedding venue situated in North Bangalore, India.
The story of Emerald trees is very unique – these trees are known as botanical wonders. The leaves of these trees are very glossy and lush emerald green. The stems of the leaves and branches of these trees are so strong and resilient, that even in the most severe storms, rains, harsh summer heat, strong winds… no matter what the weather conditions may be, the tree does not shed a single leaf, stem or branch! What’s more, the leaves don’t lose their lush green colour in spite of the season.
JKR Resort wished to bring out this unique wonder of these trees and their ability to be so resilient no matter how severe the weather conditions may be and use it as a part of their brand story. They asked us to create a brand story that showcases how the bonds created and celebrated here at the Emerald Tree Resort have the blessings to be as strong and resilient as these trees themselves and will be able to withstand no matter what challenges life may show them! The Emerald trees lined up around the vast canopy area of this resort stand as silent spectators to bless each newly wedded couple, each event, and each celebration that takes place here.

Project Objective
The Emerald Tree Weddings & Events approached WebConcepts Technologies Pvt. Ltd. with a clear requirement: to design a storytelling-focused website that authentically communicates their brand journey, values, and philosophy, along with showcasing some of the unique aspects of their resort as an ideal venue for weddings, corporate events as well as to celebrate special occasions. Their goal was to:
- Create a compelling “The Emerald Tree Story” page to reflect the ethos and evolution of The Emerald Tree Weddings & Events
- Build a seamless and immersive scrolling experience using elegant visual storytelling
- Maintain brand consistency across fonts, colors, tone, and content structure
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, clean navigation, and optimal performance
- Make it visually rich yet lightweight, aligned with premium brand aesthetics
Our Solution
Our team took a strategic, content-first design approach, collaborating closely with the founders of the resort. Here’s how we brought their story to life:
1. Video Production
- We deployed our video production team to the resort. They took stunning drone shots of the entire resort, which covered their stunning canopy that has a seating capacity for over 3,000 guests, a line of Emerald Trees that encircle it, their gorgeous lush green lawn for the hosting of Wedding Receptions and outdoor events, their swimming pool area, parking for 600+ cars and 300+ bikes with 24x7 security, and the Ganesha temple they have in the premises.
- The team also recorded footage of the interiors of the canopy that has a stunning wedding mandap, an idol of Lord Ganesha, and a very very spacious interior. Interiors of the resort, which includes special suites for the bride and groom, a full-equipped modern kitchen, the serene poolside, and many other cozy corners of the resort that sets it apart from the rest were covered. All footage has been taken during the day as well as the night.
- We also took stunning photographs for the website of The Emerald Tree to showcase the venue and its various salient features. All of this media has been included in the Gallery section of the website.
2. Content Strategy & Visual Planning
- Studied the brand's narrative, tone of voice, and imagery to develop a storyboard.

- Created a content flow that introduces the brand, narrates its origin, and highlights key values like artistry, harmony, soulfulness, and sustainability.
3. Custom UI/UX Design
- Designed a bespoke layout with soft transitions, elegant typography, and minimalistic color schemes to complement the brand's identity.
- Employed high-quality lifestyle imagery and product shots to enhance emotional connection.
4. Responsive Web Development
- Developed the page on a custom framework, ensuring full responsiveness across all devices.
- Integrated smooth scroll effects, anchor navigation, and lightweight animations for a refined user experience.
5. Performance & SEO Optimization
- Compressed images without compromising quality to ensure fast page load times.
- Structured metadata and content for on-page SEO and readability.
