Delivery and Access Policy

Delivery and Access Policy

  1. Service Delivery & Access
  1. Project Commencement: All services commence following the successful completion of the Discovery Phase and receipt of the initial payment/retainer as defined in your Service Agreement.
  2. Delivery of Digital Goods: For off-the-shelf digital goods (e.g., templates, reports, or purchased e-books, themes), access is typically granted immediately upon successful payment. You will receive an email with a secure download link or access credentials.
  3. Delivery of Project Deliverables: For custom services (Websites, Software, Content), deliverables are provided upon completion of agreed-upon milestones as outlined in your project plan.
    • Access: Deliverables will be provided via secure methods, which may include direct upload to your server/hosting, shared cloud drives (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), or access to a live staging environment.
    • Final Handover: The final source files, code, and live website/application access are delivered upon the client’s final sign-off and receipt of the final payment.
  4. Confirmation & Notification: You will receive email notifications at each major milestone: Project Kick-off, Milestone Completion, and Final Delivery/Handover.
  1. Service Access and Project Scope
  1. Scope Changes: Any request for deliverables, features, or access beyond what is explicitly documented in the signed Service Agreement will be considered a change request and may require a separate quote and revised timeline.
  2. Client Responsibilities: Timely delivery is dependent on the client’s prompt provision of necessary information, content (text, images), access credentials, and timely feedback/approvals. Delays caused by the client will affect the project delivery schedule.
  1. “Exchange” or Rework Policy (Applicable to Digital Services)

Since The WebConcepts does not deal with physical goods, the concept of “Exchange” is replaced by a Rework and Revision Policy based on service quality and adherence to the agreed scope.

  1. Revision Window: After a deliverable or project milestone is presented to you, you have a period of [Specify, e.g., 5-7] business days to review and request revisions.
  2. Eligibility (Revision Criteria): Revisions are eligible and included in the price only if the requested changes are necessary to make the deliverable conform to the originally approved Scope of Work (SOW) document or agreed-upon mock-ups.
  3. Non-Eligible Items (Change Requests): Requests for revisions that introduce new functionality, change the overall design concept, or alter content provided after the initial sign-off are considered Change Requests. These are not covered by the standard revision policy and will be subject to a new quotation and invoice.
  4. Rework Process:
    1. Contact your assigned Project Manager with a detailed, consolidated list of requested revisions and their specific reference points.
    2. The Project Manager will review the requests to confirm they align with the agreed SOW.
    3. Eligible revisions will be executed by our team within a specified timeframe.
    4. Once the revised deliverable is presented, it is considered complete and approved unless further, eligible
